Received a call from this number today, and also had a missed call for the last 3 days. Once connected it has a few seconds of silence, a nice clear sign its unsolicited but I thought I d wait and see who they were. Bloke on the other end told me he is from ICS and they got my number from third party who advised there is an unclaimed category C claim against my household (despite it being a call on my mobile). I have told them on numerous occassions that they have the wrong number and to remove my contact information but it obviously goes in one ear and out the other! I have blocked this number from my phone number but I would like to officially report the problem so if anyone knows how to do this please share. Thanks
