When questioned how he had seen my details and what details and where he was based he said it was citizens advice in Manchester . I live in Somerset , I said goodbye and hung up. Offered nuiscance call blocking service. Claimed to be from National Call Blocking Registry but this is an American government service, not BT. I decided to let her call back tomorrow. Meanwhile block the number.

"Two debits to your ???? account, one £300 from Amazon, the other from an overseas authority... both look suspicious, press 1 to approve payment, or 2 to talk to us". Flint insurance, I'm leaving a positive review because we're using their services and this was an expected call. Never had them call without a valid reason either.
Caller hung up before I could answer. On ringing back it said that the number did not accept inbound calls. Scam I presume
