Have had 8 calls from this number today I answered it as had entered a Glastonbury competition but turns out I had an accident, when I asked for details was told they needed to verify it was me by me telling them! I told them I had fallen down the stairs three months ago which I think was why they called me! They said they didn't cover that! called and said router was having problems and would offer £200 as compensation. then when did the bank transfer they made a 'mistake' and transferred £2,000. as a gesture of goodwill they would only ask for £700 back. this was transferred by Moneygram (I know - caught my partner when unwell and not thinking straight). also took over my laptop and remotely accessed who knows what. SCAM. Talktalk will never call you. don't tell the scammers anything. Police and Talktalk aware.
