But then when he tried to ask questions, person on the phone became really aggressive... Which only wound my partner up and made him ask more questions. Said someone was "filing a lawsuit against you, press one now to talk to your caseworker" I ve heard of this scam doing the rounds, I ve now blocked this number and registered it with "Should I answer" app as dangerous scam.

Message sent claiming to be my child and to block their old number and text this new number from now on. I asked which child and was told to guess... amazingly I guessed the name correctly! (even though I have no kids). I'm guessing this long lost child would probably eventually ask for some money or something...

Call received today from Mike (with an Asian accent) from Internet (something or other). Told him that I had a call from them a few days ago (but that was 0113 258 6691), and that I was registered with the TPS and so shouldn t be calling me. He immediately hung up.
This number has rang my mobile 4 times today when I rang it back there was a message saying the number had been disabled due to a fraud investigation. When they rang me again and asked if I worked in industry I said yes i do and don t ring me back you are being investif=gated for fraud to which the reply - "Oh shit"
