SCAM Has phoned twice. Says this is your bank and there are 2 strange transactions on your account. Doesn't name the bank. The transactions are £300 to Amazon and £1000 to overseas banking. Stated if this was not you press one to speak to your bank or press to to speak to an advisor. BANK SCAM

Automated call claiming to be from my bank querting 2 credit card charges. As they didn't say what bank or which credit card & I had the exact same message from an 033 number only an hour ago, I told them to get a life

Recorded message about supposed "bank fraud". Invitation to press 1 or 2, which I didn't take up. Why don't these people do something useful with their time?

The person called about my sky broadband and ask me if I was living at a certain address. When I told her that I moved she said she will update her system but I told her to check with sky because they have my new address. Then she hang up.

Was called by a foreign lady who i could hardly understand supposedly from Vodaphone saying i am elligible for upgrade of my phone but told her im unemployed so can't afford to do it. I do not trust any unknown numbers from cold callers so more than likely a scam call.

Received txt from 01908 238013 asking me to call 03308 084 562 with a reference No., saying I'd set up a payment for Mrs C Davidson £850 scheduled for today 20/02/2022 @ 19:15. Txt came in @ 16:07 Info from- http://www.call-charges.co.uk/03308-premium-rate-phone-numbers#one Calls from landlines are typically charged between 2p and 10p per minute; calls from mobiles typically cost between 10p and 40p per minute, but they can set the rate at whatever they like. Just delete it. Don't call them back!

Asian woman said her name was Carol (as if) told me I lived at a house I moved from in 2015. Asked who I had life insurance with and started arguing with me when I told her that's none of her business. She kept repeating aviva, bupa, sunlife is your life insurance with those. It is a scam pretending to be O2. They got into my account and ordered an iPhone which I didn't ask for. Luckily they didn't manage to change the delivery address and I changed my password on time. O2 confirmed it is a scam.
