Call center: Indian sounding lady called me and asked for me by name. I asked why she was calling & she said again "Are you Mrs ****?" . I asked who wanted to know. She didn't say. Told her to hurry up as I was about to go out and she hung up. Other people have said this number is someone claiming to be from Domestic & General about an expired washing machine warranty.

Weird thing was, this call came in on my company mobile, the number for which is only given out to colleagues and a few family members. The claim to be partnered with Microsoft and gain confidence with all the classic scam talk.
