I was asked to call the number for a validity check. Number rings and then when answered goes quiet. My number is withheld, so that s why they will not talk. These are Agents, probably working for Energy Consultants. The prices they get for you will include a significant commission. They will lie and harass you into agreeing contracts. Possible phishing scam

Had several missed calls, finally answered & they had half my postcode & were trying to get me to tell them what it actually is. When I said, it s wrong & why do you want it they hung up so I believe them to be SCAMMERS! Number now blocked

Said there was a problem with my computer and they were from BT. Checked with BT and this was not true !

Was called at 8.30am on Bank Holiday. No-one at the other end but after a few seconds an electronic voice said "Goodbye". Seems to be fishing for live numbers?

Same experience as many of you - Called today by 01206 688002 - soon as I answered my mobile they hung up. I won t be calling them back.

just had a debt collection agency on the phone saying that they are collecting on behalf of stephenson and judge he says i have to pay ?324 today or they will take me to small claims court. they can get lost just reported them to trading standards

trying to get me to upgrade my contract on O2, couldn t match the offer I m currently looking at though. i never trust telemarketers anyway, would rather go direct to the buyer, particularly when you re not allowed to call them back
