I was asked to speak tot he business owner so knew straight away it was a cold call to which I said no thank you and put the phone down. To which the caller rang back and was somewhat aggressive the next time stating that I had put the phone down on him and that he would e-mail my director telling him what I had done then proceeded to hang up on me. Having read the previous comment, there is no surprise why he behaved in this way!
Lady claiming to call from BT Openreach - wanted access to my PC to help me with a problem. She eventually hung up after I toyed with her for a while. I hope no one falls for their nonsense.
