This number has called us several times a day for the last couple of days. We haven t picked up and no message is left but the calls are a nuisance

The more people who pluck up the courage to report these xxxxxxxx the better they are nothing more than xxxx preying on vulnerable and unsuspecting people. Someone out there must know the address they operate from so make it known so that we can start harassing them

Company called to say I needed to renew the insurance for my sky equipment but I don t have sky, I think this is probably some sort of scam.

When I first answered phone, extremely loud background noise (sounded like a railway station). Indian accented mail asked for Mrs ***. When I asked what it was about he said it was about my internet connection. I started to tell him I had no problems with my internet connection, but he hung up before I finished the sentence! Knew he was rumbled I suspect.

Dangerous scam call pretending to be from HMRC. Threatening immediate arrest for non-existent unpaid taxes unless you give them an immediate payment. Just end the call, don t press any keys and if they leave a voicemail don t call it back. There will be no legal consequences, they re just trying to scare you.

These people obtain, STEAL, your tel. number from your ip address via metadata. Ever come accross annoying adverts when browsing online which doesn t let you close? ie. Engadget, youtube etc... They called me repeatedly and at some point i just answered and although I didn t really understood what they wanted, they started asking for my personal information. At that point I clearly told them that I m not gonna reveal any of it. They hung up. Better for them
