They appear to have changed tactics - they now phone claiming that I m due compensation because of illness on holiday in the past 3 years. This hasn t happened and I asked them how they got hold of my number - they said from my holiday company, which is strange because I always put a no against any desire to share information with a 3rd party. When I said I was inTPS and would sue them if they called again, they said l couldnt do that...hilarious. when I asked for their name they hung up. Avoid.

very very rude people, hung up the phone when they are asked to give information. every time they end the call (if you get anyone nice) which hardly happens, they promise will remove your details from the system, which never happens. They should be reported to the police.

Cold caller claiming to be "calling from BT" to discuss our telephone lines. A quick google search will tell you this is a company called Jay-Bee Telecom; not BT as claimed.
This is a company which books free home assessments for damp (rising, penetrating, leaks, condensation) and issues caused by insulation previously installed under a freebie government scheme. They use a dialler to make contact and do not charge for their service. If you agree to have a surveyor visit your home they are polite and helpful. Their home assessment is free of charge.
