I suspect a scam. Added to my phone book memory facility list on phone. Input these nuisance numbers in so they show up on my screen as caller id: ignore1, ignore2, ignore3 etc After a couple of months can delete off phone book memory, by then they have given up if you don t answer.

She doesnt want to listen when I said I am not interested and she can take off my name from her database. Am now receiving atleast 1-2 calls a day and 3-4 sms messages from various people/companies and I think it has crossed the limits to be tagged as harassment. Am not sure what OFCOM is doing about it.

For the umpteenth time, I ve had a call from this number and as usual, when I answered, it went dead.
This is the negative balance team from Paypal (See https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Subscriptions/Paying-an-outstanding-recurring-payment/td-p/1000315 as an example). This team will call Paypal customers if a payment on their account has been paid by paypal but not by the funding source, creating a negative balance. The account holder has 45 days to deal with the issue, before Paypal go to the funding source to ask for the money on a "Chargeback" basis. Legitimate caller if you have a paypal account
