Robot calls asking if you had a car accident then you get transfered to a call centre. They said they are Catterpillar Advice Services at 56 Ellis St, Birmingham B1 1HN. They gave me a bogus website address but when I couldn't find it they said it was under construction. Sounds like scammers.

Man on other end of got really nasty and threatening when I said I wasn t interested in car accident compensation claim. Reported him (well the number he was using) to police for threatening and abusive behaviour and also to the TPS. Avoid these people. Man had a northern accent but ringing from a Folkstone number.
Rang the number back as it's local to me but I got an American voice recording asking me to wait for the next available operator. An American company based in Gainsborough, Lincolshire UK? I don't think so!!
