Number called me I answered & they hung up twice !!

This number called me three times on 3/2/2016 in the space of half an hour and again today (4/2/2016). I have a watch that notifies me of any calls coming through and the number which is annoying, especially when I cannot access my phone at work. I assume since it is local that it would have been for a business of some kind. No messages were left which leads me to believe that this is a cold call. Phone rang from this number (9 Jan 19 approx. 09:15). No reply from other end when I answered.

Been calling my phone several times a day for how many days already but I ve never answered the calls as its unknown to me. I don t want to be harassed by these people and have no way of blocking the number.

I don't know who this call is from, these people that call never leave a voicemail to which I find irritating, I like to know how the hell they got my number.
