An Asian sounding man asked to speak to me by name stating he was calling from Credit Investigation Services with a view of making a payment plan to reduce my unsecured debt of ?17000. I explained that I had no unsecured debt and that as I was signed up to the telephone preference service, he should not be making unsolicited calls to me. I received a call from them earlier today. I was expecting a personal call & as this was a local (Burnley) number I answered. They were very evasive when I answered, when I confirmed who'd they called as I thought it maybe the call I was expecting, they hung up. I returned the call to which an automated message answered saying I would be connected to an advisor ASAP. They are now on my auto reject list.

I have had calls numerous times - all through the day, sometimes 4 times a day very unpleasant and belligerent. Telling me they are from TalkTalk and threatening me saying I had to turn on my computer to fix it.
