Possible SCAM / SPAM - this man called saying he was the allocated shopper for my sister and that he had a box of 32 items for her. Accent difficult to understand. My sister already has someone allocated to do her shopping so checked with the council who have no record of him. It may be genuine but people need to take care.

Calling that 0800 number says they are Stellar a partner of BT, and to call BT on 0800 028 2272. Don t bother if you aren t on BT. They ll tell you "you aren t on BT, we have no record of you!". I suspect (hence 2 stars) this is a scam call with an automated voice saying her majesty's revenue... (something like that), I did not get to this call in time, but 1 hour later I had the scam I suspect this may be associated, so use caution until someone can say for sure what this
