I have told them numerous times we are not interested and even emailed them to say as much and asked that we be removed from their call list. This request has been ignored completely and I have received even more calls than before.

Silent call, then hang up. Possibly trying to get return call to a premium rate number. I think the number shown on my mobile may be a spoof number to prompt me to reply and be diverted to the premium rate real number. This is the second time in 2 days I have reported a problem. This is the RSPCA and they try to bully you for money because you called them out once. If you say no, they make you feel bad for ever calling them. Their harrassment calls go on every day, sometimes 3 times a day, for months and they never leave a message. Lost all respect for RSPCA now.
