Just got a call from this number on our landline, saying it was from 'Solutions' and then 'Solutions Marketing' (when I pushed the lady further for information). They had my wifes name, the 1st line of our address (at least) and said that they wanted to 'save us money on our broadband/telephone'. This number(01618186978) was given to me 9 days ago by someone who purported to be from BT's online technical team, which was sorting out an issue with my internet line (I'm no longer a BT customer, but they knew that).
