This number is being used as a scam with a 0 being added as the first digit purporting to be from BT who will ‘disconnect you’ unless you get in touch
SCAM The usual, "this is HMRC...... please press 1". If HMRC want to contact you, they will do it the old fashioned way and write to you if you owe them money.
