Fraud supposedly Microsoft. Put the phone down on them immediately.
SCAM - claimed to be from Virgin Media technical support, and asked me to confirm how many devices I have using the internet, but I said I'd prefer to call back Virgin, so I did and they confirmed no record of anyone calling me so most likely a hoax call.

Called about my Van insurance, asked for my Date of Birth. I asked why did he need that? He said, to prove who you are and I said "And that s exactly why I am not giving it to you. I know who I am. You called me. I don t know who you are. Send me an email from your company email address with a phone number and I ll call you back"... He hung up.
