Makes a purchase, emails comes supposedly from PayPal saying too much has been taken out their account and to refund the difference or your payment won't be released. They want the refund in amazon vouchers. These emails come once proof of postage has been sent. Post office couldn't stop the delivery, even though item had to be signed for.
