I have had about 5 calls in 5 days despite registering my mobile as one which did not want to receive nuisance calls like this one. This is close to harrassment. Google identified it for me as Scorttish Power - luckily I did not phone back and waste money doing so, checking Google first which identified Scottosh Power as my "mystery stalker.".
Answered the call, they then hung up. Called back and it's an automated phone line that gives reference to marketing.

Call from a woman claiming to be doing a government survey and asking if I pay into a pension. Didn't sound that professional and didn't tell me why she wanted to know.

I've received a missed call from this number and didn't call them back. I've heard it's Microsoft, a PPI company and an operating theatre.
Background noise. I said “Hello”. They rang off.
