Many silent calls. If you do get a live guy, he tries to tell you that you need him to get money back on an old endowment mortgage. When you say no he can get pretty rude

I think its a recruitment agency. I had a voicemail asking for Steve. My name isn't Steve..
Lady from a loud call centre claiming to be from BT Openreach....I strung her along for a bit...she wanted me to open pages on my internet so she could fix the slow connection that I (hadn't) logged with my ISP. When I asked if I could call her back she hung up on me. I just hope this prevents someone from actually falling for these phonecalls.

Called and said they would issue a warrant for arrest
Rings me any time of day or evening, have picked up a couple of times and questioned how they have my number as I m registered on TPS and they just hang up! Then someone else tries again later! Frustrated!!!

Claiming to be from HMRC regarding my tax fraud
asked for my son? by name then hung up when I asked who it was.
SCAM - pretending to be my child - asked me to add there new number - I checked directly with my children and not them
The same man called my mother from multiple numbers today claiming to be from some company or other. One of the other numbers was a mobile phone number. The company details were vague and my mother is increasingly well trained - she saw him off. It was clear this was a scam.
