Just had a call from this number today. I said I would get the person they were asking for. I put my phone next to my stereo speaker and left the caller listening to scooter on full volume for 4 minutes! Lol. Sorted! Sick and tired of these calls.

They should not be doing this! There are a few things that you can do to stop them making calls to you in the future, and help to stop them making calls to others. You can register your landline or mobile number for free with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) - an industry body that gives customers the option to outline what kind of calls they are willing to take (opt in) and those they are not willing to accept (opt out). They called today at approx. 18.14. They wait until you say hello, then after a few seconds, they hang-up. When you ring back they say that they are a company blocking nuisance calls, but, I guess if they were, they wouldn t be doing it themselves and they would probably try and sell you something, not just hang-up

This number called while I was out today. I rang it back later and got a message that it could not accept calls. My caller display indicated that it was an "international" number. Because it was clearly not from Liverpool, I set my call blocker against it. I note that it has subsequently rung again. My blocker rejected it.
