SCAM: Automated male voice telling me I’ve ordered something from somewhere and if I want to cancel and get a refund to press 1. No thanks.
Definitely not from Redruth! It was an Indian call centre . . . from British Telecom (oh, really?) telling me I had a fault on my internet. Be very careful out there!
