Very possibly scammers, relating to investments. They had my phone number and name and did not associate with any legal entity even when I hard pressed them to tell me where they are calling from. Very concerning Operator started swearing at me.

Dawn called to offer a "free" holiday in Tenerife. The company works for a variety of timeshare companies e.g. RCI and Diamond and is promoting holidays in Tenerife for people who have/had timeshares and therefore "qualify". Will probably require attendance at a sales presentation to sell more timeshares. Avoid this type of call.
Someone with a strong Indian accent calling himself Francis called early in the morning wanting to conduct a survey. He hung up without apology when I mentioned I was registered with TPS. Report these telepests to ICO.
