SCAM Indian-accented female voice said she was BT, had called because BT had detected unknown IP addresses accessing my internet connection. Couldn't be bothered to open my Mac for a scammer, so I played along from memory as she "guided me" through opening Terminal on my Mac, and typing in commands to find what devices were attached. I lost patience about the time my memory of what goes on inside my Mac failed! Definitely a scam, trying to get access to my computer to mine data, password
Absolutely ridiculous company. Answer get an automated message. They call all day up to 9pm. There are so many phone scams where the message tells you to press one and then you get charged a horrendous amount of money so do they really believe that this is the best way to do business. If the call is that important they can get a human to call. Have blocked them. Don t trust companies who hide behind robots.

Potential (likely) scam.. recorded message pertaining to be from the Government, possibly a tax related fishing scam although not 100% sure as the beginning of the message didn't play. Hung up when it asked me to "press 1 to continue"
