They are genuine, they try to help people with debt. Although they couldn’t help
Fraud: Automated answer machine telling me that my NI number has been frozen, Really!!!! they called a random work phone that quite a few people use it. I put the phone down after 30 seconds.
Two calls in one day. First hung up as soon as I answered. Second was lady asking if I wanted to appear on the first page of Google. Spam, junk, rubbish.
Asked for me by name. Wanted to sell us an insurance policy on our 12+ year old washer. Said he was calling from Domestic & General.
