SCAM Claimed she was "'Yennifer' from 'Wirgin' media technical department"! Woman had very 'thick' 'Indian'-style accent. She said "oh, oh, oh," when I said I was busy & I would ring Virgin later. She'd done the "How are you this morning?", like a lot of the phone scams do. Nothing was said about security questions! Suspect this was another scam call.

SCAM -- 7.45 a.m., Asian woman, semi-intelligible from noisy call centre, about our 'BT account'. We don't have one: took a few moments to shake her off.

Unsolicited call came at 14:41 advising that as I was under 60 I could obtain details of how to get £1000 relating to a Pension Bonus by pressing a button. Well I am over 60 and so declined. The caller did not say who they were nor how they got my number - so it must be a scam.
