I missed 4 calls from this number so guessed would be a Nuisance Call. Purportedly is the NHS Health Centre. They ask have u been vaccinated, are u well etc etc and then they ask one final question Are You Covered For Lufe Insurance. I already had this pegged as a nuisance number but wanted to know Real Reason for call. This caller knew my name (but not my correct surname- so not bonafide) and claimed that they had my information because I had been involved in an accident and they were handling the claim. I have not. And when I told the man this, he changed the tack and claimed that someone else had given me as as a contact for their own claim. Nonsense. No one would have done that, or know to do that (the mobile number is not readily available). Three hours later they rang again and, when I answered, hung up. H

If you miss your payments then i agree a call to either take payment or talk about how you intend to meet the payments, but not 6 times a day, and you need to update customer management systems of previous conversations. REMEMBER never go through security on an incoming call, always call them back, this is just a hired call center doing their debt collection, you dont know what they are doing with your data

They called three times during a single day and one other before barring the call. All highly suspicious and having checked with TalkTalk not something they have initiated. They seem to claim there are seeing errors from my Broadband. Not managed to have a complete conversation the last stopped when I asked for there trouble ticket number. Got the impression they were trying to get in a position to remote onto my computers. Thick Indian accents and fairly rude when you do speak to them.

Caller rang in the morning from the number 02532 806025. Female, who spoke with an accent from the Indian Sub-Continent. vocal hubbub in the background, so it was from a call centre. She said she was from BT, and that my internet connection had been investigated and found to have been attacked. I told her that was marvellous, and it was the best news I had had in ages. I thanked her for calling to tell me about it, and hung up. Scam. Block it.
