They are from bmgresearch which looks like it might be a reputable survey company - i.e. not a fake sales call - e.g. they work with NHS. I might have already reviewed this number and said something rude about it.
This is a call from a company asking if you have had any claims or accidents in the last 5 years.
Silent call
The people on this number claim to be a trusted 3rd party retrieval service for the recovery of lost assets due to insolvency. They are scam merchants - the company with their name, Capital City Holdings, were dissolved some years ago and the activities of that company are listed as "Activities of Head Offices"! Also, the address they have provided me on the letter I received is 133 Houndsditch, London EC3A 7BX - this is a building containing several companies, but Capital City Holdings is not one of them.
