phoning about 'washing machine insurance' - which I don't have! Pest!
Since taking out free 7 day insurance from Fords this number keeps calling. sometimes only rings a couple of times before hanging up. When I did answer nobody responded the other end. from what I read elsewhere it seems to be automatic dialling telemarketing so I blocked the number

These calls use spoofed numbers and originate outside the UK. Just block the number if you have the facility. TPS is useless against these callers.
SCAM this number WhatsApp messaged on the pretence they were a family member whose mobile number had changed and could not access their bank account app due to phone being water damaged ,wanted to borrow nearly a £1000 untill sorted ,wanted me to send a photo of my bank card so they could transfer money themselves.very dangerous indeed very persistent in the manner they worded messages .reported and blocked.

These people pretend to be calling from Microsoft, telling you they have detected a virus on your computer, and if you don t let them help you and follow their instructions your computer will break down, they generally call you back if they feel you fit their demographic, which is elderly and vulnerable. They want access to your computer, do not tell them anything, report them.
