Fraud- they said they were pursuing a criminal case of tax evasion against me, however, I have never committed tax evasion and they did not say my name in the call or any personal detail, so it must be a scam.

I received a call from an Asian sounding female saying she was from Havering council asking if I need snd housing repairs . Her accent was quite wrong snd when asked to repeat her request she huffed and puffed as if it was annoying her .
