SCAM Called from this number twice. Automated message telling me my internet is going to be disconnected in 4 hours (said the same the first call which was 2 hours ago!). Then gives a number for you to contact to sort it out, which would probably involve payment (I didn't take it that far, just put the phone down!).
Fraud
SCAM / SPAM BEWARE Text received 'from HMRC' saying I was due a tax refund - all I had to do was click on the embedded link to claim it. When I've had tax refunds in the past I've had a letter from HMRC so was immediately suspicious. HMRC website stated they never send messages by text so I forwarded it to their fraud line 60599 for investigation.
Keep ringing every day. Recorded message. Unsolicited unwanted. Drives me crazy.

Unsolicited call for non existing traffic accident

Caller called at 8:30am claiming to be from BT. Wanted to know how many devices we had connected to the internet. He talked of foreign fraudsters attacking our internet and how he would sort it out. My husband said he didn’t want to speak to him and he hung up. Same caller rang again in seconds, possibly from a different number and was persistent. My husband hung up. Another call in seconds from this number, different to the second and first. I told him to stop calling or I would call the police.
