SCAM Received text message saying I’d missed a parcel delivery and to rearrange another delivery
was called today 21/05/2021 at 13.49 pm and the caller said someone had been doing illegal things on my network. i ended the call.
Said it was to do with a life insurance policy. When I asked who it was, he put the phone down.
This number has taken £20 from my account. I only realised when I queried my network provider. They are thieves. I really want my money back

Tried to FaceTime me but hung up after 1 second.
Was Hotpoint / Whirlpool. They TXT me earlier in the day to say they missed my call (past tense), yet phoned me on this 0114 280 1000 number 3 hours LATER!? WTF. Heard some music and then they hung up. Looks like an auto-dialer, or someone in a call centre trying to hoodwink their bosses as to number of calls made.
They hung up after I answered.
I received a scam call from this number today at about 1300 hrs ! Said I was being investigated for income tax fraud and to press 1to speak to an advisor !! I hung up !!
