An automated message alleging to be about the government eco boiler replacement scheme
I received a silent nuisance call at 18:49 hrs from this unknown number which appears to be from the Blackpool area.
Second call from this outfit. This time I was offered up to 70% off of my existing debt which is better than the previous call (21 February) they made to my ex-directory, opted-out telephone number. Another complaint made to the ICO.

called number back, message said a outbound marketing company called advise direct .... now blocked
answered by accident, I didn't say anything and it was a lady obviously in a call centre just saying 'hello, hello, hello' then hung up.
