Had a missed call from above number on my mobile. Returned the call & was answered straight away. However, could hear office noise in background but no-one spoke. Call was ended by them after a few seconds.

This person calls/emails and claims to have a faulty product, refuses to provide photo evidence, accepts our offer to receive a callback but then does not answer. Then he traces the location of an employee working from home and complains they violated several laws. All he will do is harass you and his initial objective is no longer mentioned again. Just wants something monetary from you in the end.

SCAM - UK (not sure why it comes up as Hanoi on here!) - Scam phonecall from "DHL" in the UK spoofing the actual DHL customer service number so it looks/sounds legit, automated Chinese voice asking you to press 9 to speak to someone regarding a parcel, then repeats the message in Chinese.
