Will not answer who called. It is an invalid number when ring back. It is a scam.
This number called me on Friday 17th August at 18.30 got number off 1471. As my family are from Middlesborough I called back, the number was not recognised and just went dead.

a guy called 4 times in a row, and each time he wanted to know who was speaking but soon lost interest when we asked who he was
Fraud - automated voice threatens to block your national insurance number, whatever that means, if you hang up. It says you've committed some type of crime and that you need to press 1 to speak to "the officers". DO NOT PRESS 1. I hung up immediately.
