It's virgin media, I have given my notice, and even now past the 14 day cooling off period they keep calling, I've even got my new router from my new provider. I spoke to them once and explained they couldn't beat the deal I got with another provider. Still every day they call. Last night they called my mobile, answered and nobody was there, literally a few seconds later they called my landline, answered and again dead air. I did give them a chance before I cancelled to improve their price but got nowhere n
