Text message received claiming to be one of my children with a broken phone using a friend’s number. Wants me to text the friends number. My children didn’t send it so it must be a scam.

Fraud George from Visa Bank Security - dont give ANY information - they could not confirm who I banked with so would not speak to them.
I have received a call from this number a recorded message claiming to be the HMRC threatening to take action against me. There was an option to stay on the line and speak to an operator. Obviously I didn't. When tried to call back, receiver ended the call back.

Sales call - SPAM SCAM This is either a scam or someone trying to sell something. When type the number in on google, it comes up with a man named Jake Stacey. SCAM: Indian chap claiming to be from National Grid intending to install a replacement meter. National Grid don’t handle meters.

SCAM - someone saying they wanted to talk to me about my life insurance with one of three companies, none of which I have life insurance with. Definitely building up to a scam
Survey - Someone with a heavy Indian accent (barely could understand him) called me in South Africa to take part in some 20 minute survey. I declined despite him being persistent. Have blocked this number.
Someone texted me telling their mum their phone is broken and asks the petson to call a mobile number that is different to the one they are texting from. Feels likea scam to me
