Obviously scammers. Numbers are different each time, but always follow the same pattern: 020 3989 5xxx. 5 calls two days ago, 5 calls yesterday, two calls today (so far). I answered once and got some gibberish about cheap mobile phones/phone contracts.
Fraud - 'time sensitive' tax fraud, recorded message.

Asking about my life insurance, very pushy, didn't listen to me. I hung up and blocked number.
Fraud - Imitiating HMRC saying there is a tax fraud case against me, if I don't press 1 they will proceed with the case.

Had an accident nonsense
Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out. I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. Told them it was a scam. He got angry at this. So I said don t call again and that I was reporting their number to police - Action Fraud. Also helpful t
