who called me please?
Rehan Ali was recommended and everything went through smoothly. I did get confused with accessing my account as I tried to do it through British Gas online, who kept saying they did not have a record of me, eventually I twigged that I access the account through Britishgaslite.co.uk not British Gas. We are now waiting for a smart meter to be fitted. I have been given a date and a time rather than a day or half day slot, I just need to see if they turn up, but so far 5 star rating.

SPAM Financial market company. They had my details and I have no idea how or why. They hung up when I asked them. Blocked and reported.
Automated call
Calls most days less often at weekends, sometimes more than once during the day. On the one recent occasion when I answered I just got silence.
Automated message, claiming to be forwarded from BT, telling me my internet and landline service would be cut today if I didn t select option 1. Obviously I hung up as BT aren t based in Kinrossie.

I find it quite amusing that most companies are unable to speak with anyone on your behalf unless it involves them conning you out of more money. I purchased a few appliances from AO and must have forgotten to put in my new phone number. My partner now has my old one and received the call. She said they wouldn t take no for an answer to the insurance and almost gave in with bank details. Thankfully she thought better of it and as I made the purchase she gave them my new number.
