SCAM / SPAM Claimed to be the inland revenue with news that a fraud alert has been registered against me. 1, I am not self employed so if anything is wrong, it will be my employer and 2. I have had no letters whatsoever. I'm pretty sure a telephone call would come after a letter?!

Robot voice called claiming that my NI Number has been identified as "suspicious" and has been linked to a number of crime activities. It then went on to say something along the lines of; "it's very time sensitive to...". I hung up at that point as I expect it was going to give me details on how I can either hand over all of my personal details or pay a fine or whatever.
