I missed 4 calls from this number so guessed would be a Nuisance Call. Purportedly is the NHS Health Centre. They ask have u been vaccinated, are u well etc etc and then they ask one final question Are You Covered For Lufe Insurance. I already had this pegged as a nuisance number but wanted to know Real Reason for call. I add them to my mobile phone contacts as PPI Call - Ignore, Marketing Call - Ignore and have accumulated 10 x Marketing Calls and 11 x PPI Calls in the last 12 months. There was a recorded announcement of two misuses of my credit card (one of them Tesco). No mention of who was calling. A recorded announcement asked me to "press 2 and hold" to speak to customer service. A male voice with a strong foreign accent then asked me for my personal details. When asked what bank he was from the phone went dead.

Called twice in two days, claimed to be named "Alice" the first time (unlikely, given her heavy Indian accent), claimed to be from BT Openreach. We use a VOIP system so I put the phone down. Second time, gave no name but claimed to be calling from "[y]our electricity provider". The official Pension Adisory Service says No Cold Calls . I ve had 5 in the past 2 months. Each time I tell them that I am a pensions advisor (even though I am not, but do work in finance) They don t give up. I have finally recorded a conversation with them that if they call me again I will consult the CAB about harassment charges .
