"Microsoft" scam, claims she's from Microsoft and there's a problem with my computer and wants to take over my computer to put it right (she must of thought was born yesterday!) so played along with her for a few minutes before calling her a scammer and that there is nothing wrong with my computer. She obviously wasn't happy but she kept the scam going so I kept winding her up making her more annoyed.
