Phoned at 05.40 am! As soon as I picked up it went to “voice mail” with a recorded message saying the mail box was full. Very American/Canadian sounding voice on voice mail message. So far, nothing else other than inconvenience!

texts and phone call this pm. stated from B&H re PPI. i said i hadn t called them and he was sarcastic and said that was because he had just called me. i said i wasnt interested and hung up. then he phoned again and was joking about my surname and when i got cross with him about it he hung up or put me on mute as background noise disappeared. i hung up.

Male caller to my elderly mum with strong accent claiming to be from BT to check poor router performance (she recently had new routerso worrying how did he know this?!?) - asked...
Had 3 calls recently with the same recording from different numbers. They say they are from my bank, but don't say which one, big red flag. They say l have 2 unusual transactions, including from Amazon. No activity on accounts, obvious scam.
