As others have discovered this number is the marketing department of DM Design. You can call them for free on 0800 185186. I called it and spoke to a woman who said it is the marketing department causing the problem and that they were trying to do something about them. However, we can see that the first complaints on this page go back at least as far as March 2013. So obviously they are not taking this task very seriously. SCAM / SPAM Robotic voice telling me there is an HMRC fraud case at my address.
Calling my parents when I don t live there looking for a debt that does not exist
All state helpline car crash rubbish (I m registered with TPS but they still called. Even when I said I wasn t injured he still tried to persuade me to claim. Kept him on line as long as possible to annoy him.
