Didn t answer when I picked up the phone, so the computer hung up. Suspect it was another scam about BT, this time from Shepton Mallet.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers or life insurance). For sure some general call centre with telemarketing offers. Did someone answer this one people? No way I would call them back :)

Scammers
Claimed they had info that I had been involved in a road traffic accident. I asked how they had got this info and they said it came from the Road Traffic Department. They could help me with a personal claim. Main technique was to try and obtain info from me about the supposed accident eg when was the accident. They rang off when I said they must already have those details because they are ringing me.
