Called saying from Lloyds Credit card , lloyds have no histroy of call and have said its a Scam call

SCAM: You have have spent £700 at Amazon & an International Transfer of £2000. They've upped their values, a couple of months ago it was half this value.
Rang my mobile which was in other room so rang off before I could answer. I rarely get spam on it as very few people know the number. Wondering how these got hold of it.
It has rung several times but is blocked by phone spam filter

Claimed to be from BT Technical department - didn't give them a chance to say any more as obviously scam call as took ages for someone to speak after answering the phone.
One of the regular scammers, I send them straight to voicemail and not one ever leaves a message.

Just had a text message from this number, claiming to be from my eldest child. Stated Hey Dad, this is my new number, my phone just broke. You can delete my old number and save this one. I have a spare phone now, tried to call you earlier because I need your help, but I can only text at the moment due to this phone. I asked who it was. They replied, "your eldest child". Believed to be a scam call, no one at the end of the line when I picked it up. Just a recorded message about a bank account and some unusual transactions!
