Recorded message supposedly Amazon saying I’d ordered £399 worth of goods. Obviously I haven’t. Another scam caller. I now have 49 scam callers blocked on my landline and mobile.

Claiming to be O2 and needs my one-time code sent by O2-UK to see if I am eligible for 40% off. O2 would not call me at 9:54 in the morning and send me messages to operate on a eligibility check on the spot, like dude, this is quite obvious scam, no?

Brechin (Scotland) cloned number allegedly from 02. A scam offering 40% off your O2 account. - I know it is a 100% scam as (a) I have had one of these calls before and (b) I ceased to be an O2 customer 4 years ago. Suspect someone hacked their site or an ex-employee has flogged their data to scammers. Foreign guy said he'd send a special code in a text/email but to not divulge it to anyone - probably because everyone gets the same and they don't want you to compare notes!

Caled at 16:15. An English accented woman launched into "I'm from the Community Energy Review, & want to tell you I am not selling anything..." I cut her off & told her she was lying, that she wanted someone to check my insulation & that they would be trying to sell me "upgraded" insulation. There was a long silence so I hung up. I was asked to call this number. A man called me on my landline about potential fraud in my bank account and claimed this number was for the Halifax fraud prevention team. The caller asked me to give them my mobile so they could send me a text. When I said no they asked me to ring this number instead.

Like previous comment, got a call from this number. Said that it O2 with some discounts, sounds like a scam.

I had a phone call from this number 01851810648, asking me to press 1 to accept a purchase on Amazon. DO NOT PRESS any numbers SCAM!!!

This is a HSBC Bank scam claiming to confirm a withdrawal of a large amount of money for me was $3700. Then claims someone has access to your account and that they can fix this. Total scam don't even have a bank account with HSBC.

SCAM saying that they are sending the debt collectors to your house if you don't pay for the maintenance of Club Paradiso (Paramount) in Tenerife when in fact the Paramount is permanently closed and Silverpoint went into liquidation. Plus my case was in court and im a creditor with the Liquidation Administrators

I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. Re The failed bank payment, the bank itself stopped this money and when I spoke to my bank it was decided that the £149 seemed high for an anti viral program and there was a possibility of fraud.
