I have received a couple of calls from this number they say they are a company called TNSBMRB which stands for TAYLOR NELSON SOFRES BRITISH MARKET RESEARCH BUREAU they have 2 numbers to verify who they are one of which is the office managers No which is 0500 090243 the other no is the company no of 0500 396999, the 020 number is an outgoing only number, the call was regarding a survey on HMRC Taxation? These people just harass you and keep calling about PPI claims, they spent six hours ringing and ringing me back - claiming to be from a ppi line. Then an Eastern European from the same number started calling back to ask me about ppi. It s a total nightmare

I didn't call back as there's a scam now where if you call back certain numbers it shows up on your bill as you've called them back and it's listed as anything from 1 to 12 hours. This bill is about 300 quid so if it's genuine they can leave a message as far as I'm concerned

Left a voicemail about missing an online placement that I apparently missed for an apprenticeship but mumbled their name. I have no idea who this is and suspect they are lying.
Said they were from the Ombudsman contacting us about a product we had bought a few years ago. A few other companies have called us ref the product ie: lawyers/ solicitors. Try to look the number to find out if was genuine but found no results.
